The wilderness will rejoice and blossom.

Minha Oração

In today's world, we need prophets. New men that have been in the desert with God, in deep and constant prayer. Men who live according to the Gospel and who comunicate it to others. May |mais

Surrendering to God

In order to be victorious in everyday life, I need to surrender many things in God's hands:

1. I surrender my family and friends. I do not give up on them; I simply surrender them to the will of God so that even if their wills conflict with the Father's, I will do only what God calls me to do.

2. I surrender my ambitions, my job, my career, my future. This means that I am willing to go anywhere that He wants me to go and to take on any tasks that He wills for me.

3. I surrender my reputation, what people think of me and say about me. I need to be willing to care more about what God thinks of me than what anyone else might think of me.

4. I surrender all my possesions in His hands. Everything that I have is His and I believe wholeheartedly He will always provide all my needs.

5. I surrender to Him my social life, my recreations, my pleasures, my amusements, as well as my relationships with the opposite sex.

6. I surrender my daily schedule. I give God not only my days and hours but my total life and all my time.

7. I surrender my will, my very self. And if I can do this, then I don't have to worry about the first six steps. This last step takes in all the others, and this surrendered life is what leads me to daily victory.
