The wilderness will rejoice and blossom.

Minha Oração

In today's world, we need prophets. New men that have been in the desert with God, in deep and constant prayer. Men who live according to the Gospel and who comunicate it to others. May |mais

PSALMS 131; 138-139; 143-145

Psalms 143:11, "Quicken me, O Lord, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble."

Knowing God's name as holy is different from recognizing His name as such. By recognizing His holy name we choose to keep upright in His name. Doing so brings us out of trouble or makes us rise to God's standard of righteuosness. When God's holy name is instilled in us as Him being holy, we would bear in mind that we are called to His holiness. As such, we would be alert and aware of what is good and what is bad. With that, we could choose to follow Him and not fall into sin. Furthermore, it takes holiness to be righteous.

I'll recognize God's name as holy. I'll choose to follow Him in holiness. I'll be holy as God made me holy.

Lord, make me alert and aware of the things going around me. Let me not be ignorant of the bad happenings that I may know when to walk away from such. Let me be quick to resist temptations and choose to follow You right away.
