God Sees Through Physical Appearance1 Samuel 16:7... People judge by outward appearance, but the Lord looks at a person's thoghts and intentions. Human beings as we are we are always tempted to look at the out ward appearance of people which is very deceptive and most at times leads us to make the wrong judgements.Physical beauty fades with age. Inner beauty can mature with age. While we all appreciate looking as nice as we can, and strive to do so, it is that inner beauty that prevails, now and over the long term (Touch Points, TYNDALE) 1 Peter 3:3-5.... the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God. Do you always look at the outside of yourself or of that person? Well is time you look at the inside and see from God's perspective. Have a fufilling week. To all my Friends |
![]() Have you sacrificed to HimWith the turn of the new covenant blood sacrifice ceased. But there is one sacrifice that still remains and God is waiting on his chilldren to perform that sacrifice to Him. Psalm 51;17 "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; A broken and a contrite heart, O God, Thou wilt not despise." David perfomed these sacrifice and God called Him a man after His own heart. Where is your heart? do you find it very difficult to pour out your heart to Him or are you sharing it with another god or idol in your life? |
