Heavenly Father, with all that is going on in the Middle East right now and the calls for action by many of the leaders in the US, please send your wisdom and guidance to all of the leaders involved. We citizens of the US do not believe it wise to take action. Most of us believe that only You can resolve the situation. Please, Father, let your love and kindness prevail. May the power of the Holy Spirit guide all leaders involved so as to avoid another war. Let us see the situation in the Middle East as You see it so that a resolution that gives glory to You may be discovered. May You protect everyone from unnecessary blood shed and pain. In Jesus' name, Amen.
